Wrote to their support, they said its a known problem. Havent fixed it for almost a year. The app is useless, the only point was to add a card into passbook, now I must use the app to scan it at store. The app itself is not adopted to plus size, dont like it

When are you going to update the App,Hasnt been updated since last year,Can you please update so we can use the pass/wallet. Pass/Wallet doesnt work anymore,Reinstalled app and Pass/Wallet keeps disappearing,Please update the app,so this can be fixed

The my card feature is broken. There is no scan code on the card image and no ability to add to Apple wallet. Only the card number is there.

First of all, I could not verify yet whether my points are instantly updated as other users complained (usually theres a lag time such updates; couple of hours). My main complain is regarding Apple Wallet. Most other rewards program are supporting passes (PC Plus, Air Miles, Indigo, Shoppers). Why Longos customer are still left out? Back to you customer service.

Very good selection across the board for the limited space they have. As condo resident a few blocks away this is the most convenient option as parking is plentiful and if you can go while most people at work traffic is no prob. By car, do not go at rush hour or when there is an event e.g. Raptors. Great that a liquor store upstairs and Starbucks next store

Doesnt support wallet/passbook like it claims to and without this integration the app is useless. Also doesnt seem optimized for iPhone 6s Plus. Update the app please, theres no point in having an app and not updating. Such a waste.

Works great. I like being able to collect points right on my iPhone!

The description is misleading as it says it supports Wallet. After reporting issue to developer they said yes, we know its not working. As a result I have to open the app, click on my card. Doesnt sound like much but it is friction and as such I dont bother most of the time.

The only reason I downloaded the app was to add the points card to my wallet. Either get it fixed or remove it from the recommended app that have a wallet feature.

Ive recently downloaded the app and registered but unfortunately I cannot add the card to passbook. It appears for 2 seconds then fades away.

Not as good as their competitors apps.

Doesnt let me add my card to wallet, wouldnt let me sign in so I thought I forgot my password so I put forget password then they sent me a email with the new temporary password and when I try to use it the app tells me I cant sign in because my information is wrong and I tried multiple times and still doesnt work. Fix it please Im losing so many points because of this

I never forget my longos card anymore! The points add up fast.

Downloaded this app to add my Longo loyalty card to Apple wallet, but it does not work. Add to Apple wallet button flashes for a quick second then disappears. Tried to also update by contact details and I get an error that some info is still missing, but all fields are filled. It does not tell you what field is missing something.

Used to use the app and added my card to Apple wallet and worked well. I now have a new phone and cannot add my card to Apple wallet. The "add to Apple wallet " button flashes for a second and disappears. Seems a lot of people are complaining about this same problem. Maybe time for a fix!

Disappointed in this app. It does not recognize an existing card or email address. No way on app to get support either, its a shame since its such s great grocery store!

I had a Commodore 64 computer that worked faster than this app does. And the little home screen which it is too small for the scanners to read it.

Where is the "add to wallet" button. Many say it should appear where My Card is but for many it just disappears. I cant see it. Had it from before when it was called Passport but it would not update so I deleted it from Wallet and now cant get it back. Seriously this is like the main functionality that your app should have!!!! One would think you would get this issue solved top priority. Maybe solve this and then have anniversary celebrations at your stores!!!!
