Longos is a great store but the app stinks. Every other passbook app I have works great. Need to hire a company that knows what they doing!!!

Tried scanning my existing Thank You card into the app and it constantly gave me a blank red error banner at the top of the page. Had to register as a new user, and it gave me a new Thank You card number. During registration, the page kept on indicating the profile was incomplete. It kept on asking for a unit number even when I dont have one!

App is terrible, wont scan or accept card number... Does this actually work for anyone????

I dont know how this app can be released without proper Quality Assurance Testing. It shuts down intermittently.

I love this app. It works perfectly for me. No problems. No issues. I love how the card automatically shows up in my notifications screen as soon as I get into any Longos parking lot. Ive never had any issues when cashiers scan my card on my phone.

Terrible!!!

The passbook barcode is in wrong format. The in app card might work, since the scanner at the register beeps when it is scanned. But I never see my points adding up though. And it is been years and this has been fixed yet. Guess the company doesnt care.

I used the app on my old iPhone 5 and it worked pretty well. I upgraded to the iPhone 6 and the app is pretty much worthless. The barcode to scan the card doesnt even show up and I went from having over 6000 points to it showing 3540. I switched back to my 5 as I checked and didnt see it compatible with the 6 although not sure why. My 5 shows no barcode to scan either and wont update my points. I even made sure I still had my points and they show up correctly on my receipts. Very disappointing as it worked well before.

I really wish the longos app would support points update immediately after your purchase!

I dropped 4 stars from my previous reviews becasue every time I check my profile, it reverts back to my old address. I keep changing it and next time it does the same! Tired of doing it ... not that it matters ... but hey, this is Apple App Store! Things should be done 100%.

Useful to view rewards and access thank-you card.

It would be better if the passbook card was properly updated and in store scanners could actually scan the passbook cards.

Really expected better from Longos, called for advise and still cant fix. Does not recognize registered card, really fristrating!

Cant access the Longos app. Very frustrating.

So much easier then going through your wallet for your card. Love the bonus points for rating products.

But expected more features such as direct connection to cash register. Like the personalized flyer and rating sections.

Wallet feature does not update automatically after a purchase. I deleted it and then tried to restore using the app, however the “Save to Passbook/Wallet” icon does not appear so now I no longer have the wallet feature. This needs to be fixed asap as otherwise the app is pretty useless!
