This needs to be fixed. The add to passbook button showed up for a moment the disappeared. Useless.

Wont even let me update my profile. Do not download - doesnt work.

It doesnt support the apple wallet app, even though its listed that you do. Apparently this problem has been known for over a year now and the issue still hasnt been addressed. A lack of communication and customer service!

Ill add to all the other reviews...does not work on apple wallet..move on...PC card is working so Ill shop at Loblaws more convenient!

I downloaded the app so I could add it to my wallet and the function is gone. Please add it back!

Major advertised function of the app is passport support but unable to add Longos card to passport.

This app claims to allow wallet integration but the button to add it in the app disappears immediately when viewing the card, preventing it from being added to the wallet. This needs to be fixed but the app was released over 2 years ago.

Before the upgrade there wasnt anything wrong. Now my most frequent purchase list doesnt contain a single item I have ever purchased! How ridiculous is it.

The app stopped updating the running points total months ago. Had hoped a fix would come through but not yet. Please fix!

Despite what the description claims, the Thank You card barcode cannot be added to the Passbook

App used to work well when I downloaded it last year. Lately its been giving crappy info. Under my most frequent purchases it lists things I have never bought or will ever do. Im going to delete it from my phone, its a waste of space.

Great grocery store, horrible app. Unlike the Grocery Gateway app they have (which is very similar and works great), this app isn’t ready for release. Bugs, not well thought out, and essential things like search don’t even work properly - search for “unscented”, typed in perfectly and hit ‘search, and it changes the search to “I scented”, or type a space in the search field (e.g. try and search for “Fragrance free”, and it always crashes when the space key is pressed to enter it. I also find the products don’t agree at all with those in their related ordering app Grocery Gateway - does that make any sense at all, which is correct??

I keep getting an error that my card is already registered. Deleting the app.

The App crashes constantly and won’t let you add your “loyalty" card to Passbook. I have to say, the App worked quite well on my older phone on iOS7, but after getting a 6+, nothing works any more. It won’t even let me update my home address or any of my account info. Amazing!

This app was a good replacement for carrying my longos card. However, since the Dec 9 update, this app consistently crashes when I try to display the longos card.

This app is in no way useful, it just keeps glitching while Im trying to search stuff. I recommend you dont get this app because of all the bugs, and because it hasnt been updated since December 9, 2013!

Crashes when searching on my iPhone 5S

Its not bad but once you hit the rate food thing, theres no way of you getting back to the main app screen. Youre stuck there. Cant swipe back and the only way to get it back is to force quit the app... Please fix this.
