Downloaded the "new" version. Crashes every time you open it. Priceless

The app shows one barcode but when I add to passbook it changes to a different barcode which is not active. How do i fix this?

App keeps crashing. Why do they put these things out without proper testing?From reading past reviews, it seems its been this way for a long time. Waste of time.

Crashes all the time before opening.. Why even bother creating an app if they cant even make it work.. Embarrassing for Longos

Why did you have to go and ruin it. App crashes almost every time and now wont accept my account number. Hope you get some better IT help to build a better app soon.

Even with this new update, it crashes when I click on my card.

Somehow the app lost my card number and when I try to see it up again, it won’t accept the card. Just a red bar along the top of the screen. If it save without a card, and click My Card, it crashes. It used to be a useful app.

Buttons dont work, doesnt recognize email or card #. Advertises a new store but I cant make it my home store. This app is not ready for public use. Please fix it, test it, make sure it actually works and then release it.

Hi, I could add my home store but not register the Thank a You Rewards Card. I typed the number manually first and when that didnt work, I used the phone to scan the number (which is cool) but couldnt get past the initial screen.

Please fix the app so that I can access my card when I dont have data. Better yet provide wifi in your stores!

I ported my Longos reward card to Passbook as it is supported. Asked them to scan my Passbook Longos card and THEIR CARDREADER CANT READ IT. Why did you not TEST this before releasing it? I had to fumble in line to get my old card out of my wallet and looking like an IDIOT in a busy line.

The redesign of the app and flyer is great. However, the card crashes when trying to retrieve details.

Poor app Is not working at all. Bottom is not working I scan the card but it does not go any further. I was in the store today heard someone complain about it because he was not able to scan his card with the app. I am surprised why this was test before releasing

Use to work perfectly, but now for the last couple days crashes immediately on opening.if fixed, then itll be 5 star, but right now is not usable, so zero stars.

Tried about a year ago and then again today to input the card number or scan. Neither works. Useless app.

The ONLY reason I downloaded this app is to add the TY card to passbook.. Doesnt work or give you the option to add to passbook! LAME!!

One of those apps that is just there. It has no functioning features. The passbook, email nothing in fact works for the customer. What a joke Longos you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

I had so many issues just setting up this app and trying to add my existing rewards card to it that I gave up. The app is useless if it wont even function through basics like pick a home store or add a card...

The bar code in the app is different from the bar code in Passbook. The cashiers can never successfully scan the one in the Passbook. Please fix.
